Phone Number Porting Dec 18, 2025 08:00-17:00 EST

ITS Telecommunications is transitioning AT&T Centrex analog lines to VoIP technology, necessitating the porting of phone numbers. AT&T will begin porting 808 Centrex analog phone numbers to VoIP at 8AM on Friday, December 12th. Most of these numbers are currently inactive; only 11 active phone numbers are involved in this transition, and affected customers have been notified directly. Should you encounter any issues related to this process, please submit a support ticket. Emergency alarm and elevator lines will remain unaffected by this change.
